Management Institute of Durgapur, Durgapur also was commonly known as MID. MID offers various professional courses in Computer Application and Business Administration which was approved by WBUT and AICTE and established in the year 2003. MID is affiliated by West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT)  and AICTE, Admission to MID is based on merit on being qualified in the designated test having the valid score as applicable. MID also conducts industry-specific intense training programmes that student needs to attend as special classes regularly in order for grooming them for their soft skills development to make them employable. The academic campus consists of the three-storied building which provides an exemplary ambience for management and computer fields. MID is equipped with a collection of over 10,000 books into his library. MID provides in campus separate hostel facilities for Boys and Girls.
